Before your child’s first day of admission, be sure to properly fill out all enrollment packets with the required signatures. The enrollment process is a crucial step in ensuring that your child receives the best possible care from us. Before we can assume any responsibility for your child, our department requires that enrollment packets be completed accurately and in full. Incomplete packets may result in penalties, so we encourage you to take the time to fill out the forms as thoroughly as possible. Once we receive all necessary documents, we will review them and get in touch with you to discuss next steps. This will help us ensure a smooth transition for your child and provide the best possible care.
